Martin (23) Qld is an Englishman on a working holiday. He is cycling across Australia and carries a flashID with personal and medical information, as well as details of emergency contacts, both in Australia and back home.

John & Betty Vic were on holidays when Betty became ill and was was taken by ambulance to the Emergency department of Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. The attending nurse had not seen a flashID before, but commented after using it that if everybody had a flashID, "[our] work would be much easier and we could get on and treat the patient much quicker".
